Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, with all original packaging and components included. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at boringboat@icloud.com to request a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for properly packaging the item to prevent damage in transit. Please ship returns to the address we provide upon authorization.
Inspection and Approval
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. Refunds will only be issued if the item is determined to be in original, unused, and undamaged condition (normal wear from inspection excepted). We reserve the sole right to determine the condition of returned items.
Defects and Craftsmanship Issues
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If an item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue (e.g., cracks in the wood, knots that were not properly addressed, or other material/workmanship defects), please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs paid by us) at our discretion within the 30-day period.
Non-Returnable Items
• Personalized or customized items are final sale and non-returnable/non-refundable unless they exhibit a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship (as described above).
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit in your account.
