Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items
Orders for items that are currently in stock are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Made-to-Order & Customized Items
If your order requires creation or customization—whether it’s a made-to-order product or personalization added to an in-stock item—please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your item ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your item is completed, it will be shipped using the carrier and shipping speed selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Usually delivers in 5–7 business days once the package is accepted by the carrier.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at additional cost and will shorten transit time.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. U.S. orders only.
Tracking & Notifications
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We will also keep you updated on your order’s progress whenever possible.
Shipping Delays & Liability
Once your package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the selected carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, weather events, acts of God, or any other carrier-related issues outside of our control.
